Ryan Larson has been teaching American Red Cross Classes for the past 6 years, and is the Operations Director for Premier Health and Safety, and Premier Aquatics. When not working Ryan loves to be anywhere by the water or camping. His favorite part about teaching CPR classes is getting to talk with many different people and hear about their different experiences.
Heather has lived in Tustin, California all of her life. She grew up playing softball and eventually played three years at the collegiate level. Heather is currently finishing her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at California State University, Fullerton. Her future aspirations include entering a doctoral program and becoming a full-time Physical Therapist. While facing personal and family adversities with injuries and illnesses, she developed a passion for helping others. Her goal is to rehabilitate as many people as possible, so they too can continue achieving their dreams. Heather is currently working both as the Lifeguard Service and Heath and Safety Manager and is enjoying every minute of it!
Josh Dentry has worked for Premier Aquatics Services for 4 years and currently holds a supervisor and instructor roll within the company. In his entry to Premier he started as a part-time Lifeguard and quickly progressed to senior management and has since earned his Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR and Lifeguard Instructor Certifications. After quickly evolving his personal knack for teaching Josh has taught countless Red-Cross certification courses in all walks of life. Throughout Josh’s 12-year career he has had the opportunity to work for a few small startup companies as well as some larger names such as Home Depot, Crate and barrel, and Oakley. Josh brings his diverse experience with him to Premier every day. Josh now resides in Canyon Lake, CA where he teaches CPR courses monthly and runs his own classic car and motorcycle business. Although don't be surprised if you still find him supervising lifeguard staff from time to time where it all began for him at Premier in Orange County.
Phi Tran is one of Premier Aquatics’ American Red Cross Instructor Trainers, certified in everything from CPR, Lifeguarding, WSI, Babysitters’ Training, Wilderness First Aid, all the way to Emergency Medical Response. He has been a certified lifeguard for over 12 years and continues his love and passion of enabling others to save lives, having previously served as a volunteer for the Orange County Red Cross for 8 years. Having taught for over 10 years, Phi continues to find new ways to guide people to help others when it’s needed most. He feels privileged to continue this mission with Premier.
Eric Edelman has worked in various capacities within Premier for the past 3 years. In that time, he as worked his way from a lifeguard, to a lifeguard supervisor, to now a lifeguard manager. Starting in the end of 2016, Eric went through the Lifeguard Instructor course and has been teaching CPR/AED and First classes, and Lifeguard classes ever since.
